"I had an excellent experience working with Milena Sargsyan at State Farm. She went above and beyond to correct an issue where I was being overcharged for a point that was not mine. Despite multiple trips to the DMV, Milena stayed persistent and made sure everything was handled properly. Because of her dedication, I was reimbursed at a time when I truly needed it. My insurance was fully covered for December 2025, and I also received a check for the remaining reimbursement. Throughout the entire process, Milena followed up regularly and kept me informed of every step. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to her clients are outstanding. "John and Miriam have been nothing but patient and professional when it came to dealing with my policy. I had some hiccups with the underwriting team not updating data on time. Overall they are great and have competitive rates too. Update: recently my policy went up, I'll been dealing with Milena which has been patient and informative in explaining the hike on my monthly bill due to new California laws. Milena was able to to reduce my bill by a small percentage to accommodate my low mileage driving situation on one of cars. One of the reasons I don't take my business elsewhere is due to the great customer service."
