"I had an excellent experience working with Milena Sargsyan at State Farm. She went above and beyond to correct an issue where I was being overcharged for a point that was not mine. Despite multiple trips to the DMV, Milena stayed persistent and made sure everything was handled properly. Because of her dedication, I was reimbursed at a time when I truly needed it. My insurance was fully covered for December 2025, and I also received a check for the remaining reimbursement. Throughout the entire process, Milena followed up regularly and kept me informed of every step. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to her clients are outstanding.
