Sevana Soulakhian

Mariam is our Office Manager who has been helping our customers since 2019. Mariam moved to Glendale when she was three years old from Poland. She is special because she speaks three languages; Polish, Armenian, and English. Her favorite insurance policy is our Umbrella Policy, because she believes it is the most adequate asset protection. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know people from diverse backgrounds and meeting their needs. For fun she enjoy going eating at local restaurants, especially at Sushi and Korean BBQ restaurants, she also enjoys playing with her dogs Chloe and Lola.

Roman is our office Account Representative. He came to the U.S in 2018 from Armenia, and has been very successful in helping customers with their Insurance and Financial Services needs. He is fluent in both Armenian and Russian. Roman holds a Bachelor's Degree from Armenian State University of Economics in Armenia which has helped him a lot when helping customers. "Through my experience in this job, I have learned to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others". For fun Roman enjoys hiking, swimming, boxing, traveling (loves San Diego), and going to nice restaurants (his favorite food is steak). Any free time he gets, he likes to spend with his family because they are the most important people in his life.

Caroline is born and raised in Burbank, CA and Burbank High School graduate. She is very familiar with Burbank which allows her to understand the community and the need of the community better. Caroline is very attentive and caring with all of our customers. Her favorite part about the job is that she gets to meet new people and learn about their backgrounds everyday. “Every person is unique and has a different story to share, and with that story I can help personalize a policy plan to meet their need.” When Caroline is not at the office she enjoys taking long walks, cycling, shopping (loves lululemon) and loves to go out to eat sushi (spicy tuna with crispy rice). Caroline loves to spend time with her German Shephard Husky name Champion. Caroline’s ultimate goal as an Account Representative is to make sure that our Customer’s don’t lose what they have worked so hard far. By the way Caroline gets the most 5 star reviews at our office!

John is an Account Representative with us at the Sevana Soulakhian State Farm office and began his journey into the insurance industry in April of 2023. He loves the relationships we get to build with our policyholders and holds those relationships dear to him. John is a BMW fanatic. In his free time John enjoys playing basketball, photography and videography. John is bilingual in speaking English and Armenian. He is licensed to assist our community with Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health Insurance.

Milena is a Customer Service Representative here at the Sevana Soulakhian State Farm office and she is originally from Armenia but now calls Glendale, CA her home! She truly enjoys getting to talk to and get to know every single one of our customers every day. In her free time Milena likes to dance, listen to music, and find good walking spots. She is licensed to assist you with Auto, Home, and Renters Insurance and is also multilingual, speaking English, Armenian, and Russian!
